Founded in 2003, SEEMA (Skillful Society for Education, Environment and Medical Aid) is a Quetta-based organization operating across multiple districts of Balochistan.
Our Mission
To serve humanity without distinction by empowering marginalized communities across Balochistan through free education, accessible healthcare, disaster relief, and advocacy for fundamental rights—regardless of caste, creed, or religion.
Our Approach

Serving Humanity Without Distinction
To provide an educational policy and curriculum free from bias and religious/cultural discrimination, to harmonise the conflicts prevailing between the religious/ethnic communities, enhancing equality and peace.
To provide awareness for the fundamental rights of the marginalised religious communities; discriminatory practices prevailing in the region against them, and advocacy for the injustice with them.
Develop the psychological growth of the subject (students) at the primary stage to strengthen the learning abilities and reduce forced learning at institutes.
To decrease the discriminatory mindset of the subject (students), which leads to better mental development and enables social and religious tolerance.
To build a team of trained volunteers responsible for maintaining possible cleanliness in the environment.
To provide medical assistance to the trodden-down people of society.

We provide direct support to individuals and families in the following areas:
- Education: Free schooling (grades 1-10) and financial assistance for fees and educational expenses.
- Health & Medical: Support for cancer patients, accident victims, maternity/delivery assistance, and blood donations.
- Disaster Relief: Emergency food, tents, and shelter for families affected by floods, COVID-19, or other crises.
- Food Security: Ration drives and essential food supplies for those struggling to make ends meet.
- Marriage Assistance: Financial aid and support for families arranging marriages.
- Livelihood & Business: Helping individuals start small businesses to become self-sufficient.
- Advocacy: Standing with anyone facing injustice or discrimination, and helping them access their fundamental rights.

Our Projects
Driven by a commitment to humanity and equity, we implement a range of targeted initiatives to uplift marginalized communities. From providing essential education and healthcare to fostering long-term self-reliance, our work is focused on creating sustainable and dignified change across Pakistan.
1. FREE EDUCATION PROGRAM
Location: Quetta | Status: Ongoing
We operate a school from grades 1 to 10 offering completely free education to students who cannot afford private schooling. We cover tuition, books, and uniforms. Our curriculum promotes tolerance and reduces discriminatory mindsets.
2. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Locations: Across Pakistan | Status: Ongoing
We provide financial aid to:
Cancer patients requiring urgent treatment
Accident victims needing emergency care
Women requiring delivery/maternity assistance
Blood donation coordination for patients in need
3. DISASTER RELIEF & EMERGENCY AID
Locations: Across Pakistan | Status: Active During Crises
During the 2022 floods and COVID-19 pandemic, we distributed rations, tents, and medical supplies to affected families. We continue to respond to emergencies as they arise.
4. FOOD SECURITY & RATION DRIVES
Locations: Multiple Districts | Status: Regular
We organize ration drives for struggling families, ensuring no one goes hungry. Food packages include essential items for monthly survival.
5. MARRIAGE & WOMEN SUPPORT
Locations: Balochistan | Status: Ongoing
We provide financial assistance to families for marriage expenses and conduct women empowerment seminars to build skills and confidence.
6. LIVELIHOOD & BUSINESS STARTUP SUPPORT
Locations: Balochistan | Status: Ongoing
For individuals wanting to start small businesses but lacking capital, we provide seed funding and support to help them become self-reliant.
7. ENVIRONMENTAL VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
Locations: Quetta & Districts | Status: Ongoing
We train volunteers to conduct cleanliness drives, tree plantation, and climate-friendly activities to create a healthier environment.
8. MINORITY RIGHTS & ADVOCACY
Locations: Government Level | Status: Ongoing
We engage with the Education Department, legislative bodies, and curriculum authorities to reform policies and secure rights for religious minorities, including scholarships and festival funds.
